Notre restaurant familial propose une cuisine vari\u00e9e, inspir\u00e9e avant tout de la gastronomie Belge, de la brasserie moderne<\/b>, des saveurs du Sud et d\u2019autres influences que nous r\u00e9unissons sous le nom de BELGASTRO<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Une cuisine o\u00f9 nous cherchons \u00e0 associer autant que possible les plats de notre r\u00e9gion<\/b> \u00e0 tout ce que notre terroir a de plus pur \u00e0 offrir.<\/p>\n

Un subtil \u00e9quilibre entre simplicit\u00e9 famili\u00e8re et cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/b><\/p>\n

Notre menu ainsi que notre lunch hebdomadaire<\/b> \u00e9voluent au rythme des saisons, avec des produits frais, soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s et, autant que possible, locaux<\/b>.<\/p>\n

L\u2019essence du go\u00fbt et du produit, dans une atmosph\u00e8re chaleureuse, cosy et conviviale.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans notre recherche de vins d\u00e9licieux et qui garantissent votre plaisir, nous aboutissons toujours \u00e0 des vins \u00e9labor\u00e9s dans le respect de la nature, chez des vignerons tr\u00e8s passionn\u00e9s, travaillant \u00e0 tr\u00e8s petite \u00e9chelle et typiques de leur terroir. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 de notre s\u00e9lection est produite de mani\u00e8re biologique.
Nous avons opt\u00e9 pour une carte des vins non traditionnelle mais une s\u00e9lection de vins o\u00f9 nous avons class\u00e9 les vins selon leur intensit\u00e9 et leur complexit\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
